At Janga by Derrick's Jamaican Cuisine, our authentic cuisine is made with fresh herbs and spices for the perfect blend of flavors. We specialize in an array of seafood, steak, and chicken and feature fresh fruit juices and smoothies, so you're sure to find many menu favorites that will suit your appetite. Derrick's dream began many years ago as a part-time catering operation. To this day that operation has grown tremendously and has brought the taste of Jamaica to a myriad of special events and exclusive parties.
